This workshop will introduce participants to the New Ohio Model for Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation, developed at Georgetown University. This one of the required courses for the Early Childhood Mental Health Professional credential.

Presenter: Nicolle T. Moore, MS, IMFT has been working with children and their families for over 15 years.  She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Miami University, and her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Kentucky in 2001.  Ms. Moore has been a therapist and Early childhood mental health specialist with Child Focus, Inc. for the past 10 years.  She currently works in 5 counties in Southeast Ohio under the Whole Child Matters grant, and was awarded the Early Childhood Mental Health credential by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction.  She is a part of United Way’s “Success by Six” efforts, working in collaboration with other Brown County professionals to help get children ready for kindergarten.  Nicolle recognizes a need for quality early intervention services to help Ohio’s youth learn necessary skills to be valuable citizens throughout their lives.
