Districts have the option of piloting the revised OTES in the 2019-2020 school year. All districts will be implementing the newly revised OTES in the 2020-2021 school year (depending on contract expiration). In order to participate in the pilot next year, the district has to complete an intent to participate by June 1. The district will need the superintendent and bargaining unit to agree to participate. Representatives from the district will have to attend 3 days of meetings in the 2019-2020 school year.
