School Policies:
Xenia City Schools Policy is that students wishing to re-enroll must do so on a full time basis, therefore no partial schedules will be considered. (exceptions would be drivers education and special education.) Student's who re-enroll must complete the general graduation requirements for xenia schools, including passage of the ninth grade proficiency tests.
Yellow Springs Schools will accept application for part-time enrollment, for students at grade level 9-12. students are permitted to apply for the equivalent of one course per year. application should be received by april 1st for the following school year. Driver education and special education will be provided to eligible students. High school students being educated at home will be permitted to participate in non athletic extra curricular activities/programs at the high school level, and are required to pay the same fees as enrolled students.

Beavercreek Schools policy is that students wishing to re-enroll must do so on a full time basis, therefore no partial schedules will be considered. (exceptions would be drivers education and special education.) Student's who re-enroll must complete the general graduation requirements for beavercreek schools, including passage of the ninth grade proficiency tests.
Sugarcreek Schools The ESC Superintendent, in cooperation with the local Superintendent, may excuse from compulsory school attendance for all or port of the school year, any school-age child. The ESC Superintendent will determine that an appropriate education can be provided in accordance with Ohio Revised Code 3321.04(A) (11) and OSBE Rules 3301-34-03. A rejection may be appealed to the ESC Superintendent. If the child is approved for home school the parent/guardian agrees to:
A. complete the application process through the Greene County Office of Education;
B. provide instruction for the child from a person who hold a High School Diploma or under the direction of the holder of a baccalaureate degree and as appointed by the Superintendent;
C. provide a minimum of 900 hours of instruction, in accordance with the ESC Board of Education approved
courses of study;
D. provide a record of hours of instruction equivalent to the number of periods per week and length of period per day for the balance of the school year, exclusive of lunch and school vacations;
E. comply with the requirements of Ohio Administrative Rules 3332-1-06 and 3301-35-08 effective September 1,
1983 as appropriate.
An Academic Assessment Report shall be sent to the ESC Superintendent for the completed school year at the time of requesting subsequent notification. A plan for remediating any deficits must be approved and monitored.
Any home-schooled student grades7-12 who is enrolled for at least two (2) courses at Bellbrook High School or Bellbrook Junior High School may participate in co-curricular or extra-curricular activities. These part-time students but still meet the Board policy guidelines for academic eligibility, and abide by the school and extra-curricular code of conduct.
Cedar Cliff Schools will accept application for part-time enrollment, for students at grade level 7 thru 12. Students are permitted to apply for the equivalent of one course per year. Application should be received by April 1st for the following school year. Driver education and special education will be provided to eligible students.
Home schoolers will be permitted to participate in elementary extra curricular activities and are required to pay the same fees as enrolled students.
