As of 6-25-08, Greene ESC has installed software upgrades to our Citrix Access System, bringing it to the most current Citrix system version available as of this date. This upgrade required some changes in how our users can access our Citrix system, primarily based on the internet location you are connecting from***: If you are connecting to our Citrix system from GreeneESC or one of the Greene County school districts INSIDE MVECA's (our ITC) service area: If you are connecting to our Citrix system from a school district OUTSIDE MVECA's service area (a different ITC), from your home, or from some other internet access location (internet cafe, public library, etc.) *** previous users of the GreeneESC CITRIX system may need to update any bookmarks or shortcuts previously created on your workstation, to reflect these NEW changes in accessing the Citrix login screen. |
